Originally from Ohio, I'm an American expat who has lived in the UK for 17 years, and am now based in Berlin.  I'm a UK trained transpersonal psychotherapist, systemic constellations faciliator, energy worker, and shamanic healer, and have worked almost exclusively with trauma for the past 15+ years.  In the UK I had a private practice alongside contracts with the NHS, ambulance and police forces to deliver trauma therapy to first responders. I also delivered talks and workshops on trauma, resilience, and post traumatic growth.

I'm doing this work because it lives in my heart, soul, blood, and bones. Both sides of my family have histories of trauma, displacement, abandonment, and adversity. That said, they’re also survivors, with a lot of heart. I was first drawn to this work as a way of making sense of not only my experience, but that of my family and ancestors. I’ve also always been sensitive and receptive to the spirit worlds, to energy, dreams, inner knowing, and seership, and this has unfolded in its wild mysterious way throughout my life.

I blend theoretical, grounded, and practical methods with esoteric, spirit led, and ancient ways of working.
